1. Introduction

3. Acceptance of Terms

4. Account Eligibility

4.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, to register an Account or use the Platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet the applicable minimum age requirement. 98pkp takes underage gambling seriously. If we have reason to believe that a User is under the required minimum age, we reserve the right to suspend the Account, withhold any funds and report the matter as required by applicable regulations.

4.2 Jurisdiction Eligibility

The Platform is accessible to users globally, subject to applicable laws. It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 4.3 Identity Requirements

You must be a natural person registering on your own behalf. Accounts created on behalf of third parties, by automated means or for the purpose of circumventing these Terms are strictly prohibited.

5. Account Registration

5.1 Registration Requirements

To access betting and gaming features on the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and a valid contact number.

5.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.

5.3 One Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform at any given time. Operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or under aliases, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

5.4 KYC Verification

Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. 98pkp does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are determined by the Platform's current published limits and may vary by payment method. Payment methods referenced as familiar Pakistani payment rails — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are used for illustrative context only. Actual availability depends on the operator and applicable compliance rules. 98pkp does not claim endorsement or affiliation from any payment provider.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification, wagering requirement completion and compliance checks. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder. Processing times vary depending on the chosen withdrawal method, verification status and applicable operator procedures. 98pkp does not guarantee specific processing timeframes.

6.3 Currencies

Account balances are maintained in the currency selected at registration. Pakistani Rupee (PKR) is available as a supported currency. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the User's responsibility.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall take precedence.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated funds or winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds thresholds and time limits vary per promotion and are clearly stated in each offer's terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — this is specified in individual promotion terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, abuse or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to hedging bets, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, or using automated software to fulfil wagering requirements — constitutes bonus abuse. We reserve the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated claim window or whose wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and associated conditional winnings will be removed from the Account without notice.

8. Betting Rules

8.1 Bet Placement

Bets are accepted and settled in accordance with the Platform's published rules for each market. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you understand the applicable rules for that bet type and accept the displayed odds at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it may not be cancelled or amended except where the Platform expressly permits cancellation.

8.2 Errors and Manifest Odds Errors

In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that were displayed in error — including but not limited to odds that are materially inconsistent with prevailing market prices — we reserve the right to void the bet and return the stake to the User's account. Winnings derived from manifest odds errors will not be paid.

8.3 Match Integrity

The Platform operates in strict opposition to match-fixing, spot-fixing and any form of sports corruption. Users found to be placing bets with knowledge of, or involvement in, any form of match manipulation will have their accounts closed and balances forfeited. Such activity may be reported to relevant authorities.

8.4 Cricket and PSL Betting

Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 International and ICC tournament markets are among the most popular categories on 98pkp. Bet settlement follows official match results as declared by the governing cricket body. Bets on abandoned or no-result matches are settled according to the Platform's published void and abandonment rules.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in account suspension, closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading registration information;
• Using the Platform if you are under the required minimum age;
• Registering or operating more than one Account;
• Using third-party payment methods not registered in your name;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud or financial crime;
• Colluding with other users in casino games or sports betting markets;
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Systematically abusing bonus offers or promotional mechanics;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape or copy the Platform's content or technology;
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party;
• Placing bets with knowledge of fixed or manipulated match outcomes.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action, including immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and reporting to relevant legal or regulatory authorities.

10. Responsible Gambling

• Reliance on any information, odds or content published on the Platform;
• Changes to, suspension of or discontinuation of the Platform or any feature thereof.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by our negligence. Gambling involves financial risk and outcomes are inherently uncertain. 98pkp does not guarantee winnings, specific payout percentages or any particular gaming experience.

13. Amendments to These Terms

98pkp reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration or to the courts of the applicable jurisdiction, as determined by the Platform's governing legal framework.

These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
